Boydell & Brewer
Boydell Press and D. S. Brewer cover medieval studies, music, and early modern and modern history. Specialist areas include Arthurian studies; the history of religion; military history; and local history. These imprints have also forged links with learned societies and university centres, such as the Royal Historical Society, the Victoria County History and the Centre for Medieval Studies at the University of York.

Partnered with Boydell & Brewer, the University of Rochester Press publishes specialized scholarly books in the humanities and social sciences, with specific foci in the history of western classical music, music theory, African and diaspora studies, East and Central European studies, early modern European history, and the history of medicine. New series in ethnomusicology and gender and race in American history round out our publishing program.
