We accept any credit cards that Worldpay accepts (Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit, Maestro, Visa Credit, Visa Debit and Visa Electron) as well as PayPal. For overseas customers your account will be debited in the local currency equivalent to the invoice amount. This is the simplest method of making international payments.
We regret the following methods of payment are not acceptable to UK banks:
- International Money Orders, drawn on a Post Office
- Cheques drawn on a bank outside the UK
- Cheques drawn in a foreign currency

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a product distributed from John Wiley & Sons, Inc., return it within 30 days of receipt for a replacement copy or a full refund, with the exceptions noted below. Wiley will reimburse the cost of shipping for returns of any item sent in error.
- eBooks are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- WileyPLUS registration codes may be returned within 14 days if unopened an unused.
