For the safety and continued wellbeing of our staff in both Suffolk and Rochester NY, we are introducing means to work remotely. It is our intention to minimise the spread of the current virus by reducing the number of people who need to be in either location at any one time.
Part of our preparations will be to avoid disruption to our authors, business partners and customers. However, even with virtual meeting software and email, there may be delays in responding to some types of query and changes in the way we handle printed material. We hope for your understanding during this difficult period.
We will also be limiting travel and visits to our offices until the outlook improves. Once again we ask for your patience and help to keep this policy in place.
Our distributors in the UK and the US, Wiley Distribution and Books International, have assured us that deliveries will continue. However, again there may be some short delays.
