The best way to share information about your book is to give people the link to its page on our website, which contains a detailed description, table of contents, reviews and links to buy in all formats.  

When you require a printable PDF flyer – for example to hand out at in-person events or pin up on your department noticeboard – you can download a flyer via your book’s web page. Just click the ‘Download a flyer’ link, located beneath the jacket image. This flyer includes a 35% discount code for all formats, valid in perpetuity.

Order copies for a launch or speaker event 

If you are planning a launch party for your book or will speak about it at another event, you may want to purchase copies to sell to attendees. 

How to order: sales will depend on many factors but are likely to be no more than 20% of the number of attendees.

Selling at the event: We recommend selling copies at 35% or more below the list price. That will make your offer more appealing than that available via the BB135 web discount featured on your book’s flyer. Do not collect credit card information from buyers. This would put their personal data at risk. Instead, we recommend charging a round figure and taking payment in cash.

Returning unsold copies (does not apply to events in North & South America):  

  • Repack the books in the original packaging 
  • Write the invoice number on the box 
  • Place the original invoice inside the box with the books

Order copies for an award submission

If there is an award that your book is a strong candidate for, please complete our online Award Submission Form. We may ask you to contribute towards the cost of printing and shipping print copies to accompany an award submission.
