A New History of German Cinema Named “Film Book of the Year”

Camden House title, A New History of German Cinema, has been named “Film Book of the Year” for 2012 by Hans-Helmut Prinzler. The November book of the month, A New History of German Cinema beat out two other titles chosen as finalists. Pinzler noted that he finds “its perspective on our film history particularly richly detailed, thought provoking and original.”
